Certifications:
Greg Jones attended high school in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he earned All-State honors as a linebacker. He went on to play college football for Michigan State University, where he became a two-time All-American and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts and Technology.
In the 2011 NFL Draft, the New York Giants selected Greg in the sixth round. He was a key member of the Giants’ Super Bowl championship team, defeating the New England Patriots following the 2011 season. Greg also played for the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans, the CFL’s Toronto Argonauts and Saskatchewan Roughriders, and the UFL’s Las Vegas Locomotives.
Today, Greg is a certified professional trainer and works with hundreds of athletes across the U.S. and Canada, helping them enhance their performance through speed and agility training. Athletes will learn and develop proper running and sprinting mechanics to help them achieve their maximal velocity, as well as effectively apply strength and plyometric training.
